Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to process returns within 30 days of you receiving your purchase . Please email design@reafractedauras.com with your order number to begin processing your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was received, and much be returned with all original tags and in the same packaging. We may also request your receipt for proof of purchase.
Damaged Products
Please inspect your item carefully when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at design@refractedauras.com so we can correct the issue. We may request photos of a damaged item as needed.
Exchanges
We’re happy to process exchanges for items if inventory allows. Please know, we have limited runs of all our item and may be unable to exchange your product. If you would like an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you. If your product is not available, we can exchange your product for a different item of equal or lesser value, and any difference in price will be compensated with store credit.
Refunds
Refunds can take 3-5 business days after receipt and inspection of the item to be processed. Once we determine a refund is the best course of action, we will notify you via email, and refund the money to your original payment method.
